Ingredients:
1 small beet
2 red apples
4 carrots

Actions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a juicer.
2. Juice and drink.

Tips:
• Add 3 celery stalks for extra nutrients.
• Add 1 small lemon with rind for extra nutrients.
• Replace the apples with more carrots if you want to reduce your sugar intake.

Variation:
Add one 2-inch piece of ginger for Spicy Beet Juice.
