SICK-KICK SMOOTHIE

Total time: 7 minutes
Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:
2 oranges, peeled
1/2 lemon, peeled
1/2-inch piece of ginger
1/2 cup filtered water
Dash of turmeric powder
Pinch of black pepper

Actions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix together until a smooth consistency is achieved.

Tips:
• Add 1 small garlic clove, peeled, for an extra immunity boost.
• For spiciness, add a dash of cayenne pepper.

1 cup fermented coconut water, coconut water, or filtered water
3 tablespoons collagen hydrolysate as a protein base
1 tablespoon sprouted nut butter or sunbutter
3 pastured organic egg yolks
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 to 2 tablespoons ghee
1 to 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

Actions:
Blend all the ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups ice
2 1/2 cups Almond Milk or coconut water
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 cups chopped frozen pineapple
1 avocado
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 1/2 medjool dates, pitted and soaked in filtered water for 4 hours
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon peeled ginger
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
Handful of coconut flakes
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, to taste (if desired)

Actions:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender on high speed and serve with love.

CLASSIC GREEN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Almond Milk or filtered water
2 cups kale
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 cups blueberries
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 cup broccoli sprouts
1 peeled cucumber

Actions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix together until a smooth consistency is achieved.

Tips:
• If you want a smoother mixture, add more water.
• For more creaminess, add 1 peeled avocado.
• For more sweetness, add 3 seedless dates (or 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup).
• For extra protein and vitamins, add 1 tablespoon spirulina.
• Reserve the cucumber skins and use them later as refreshing face wipes.

1 frozen banana
1 cup filtered water
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon cacao powder or more, to taste
1 tablespoon raw local honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon flax oil

Actions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix together until a smooth consistency is achieved.

VARIATION:
For more protein, substitute Almond Milk for the water.

1/2 large frozen banana
Smidgen of sea salt
Dash of vanilla extract

Actions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix together until a smooth consistency is achieved.

Tip:
You can add a scoop of protein powder to this smoothie too!

1 heaping handful of fresh spinach or kale
1 tablespoon coconut oil or MCT oil
2 tablespoons safflower oil
1 tablespoon PC oil (phosphatidyl choline), or break open PC gel capsules (optional)
2 tablespoons collagen powder (optional/nonvegan)

Actions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

Ingredients:
Smoothie:
2 cups frozen berries
(strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
3/4 cup filtered water
3 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon raw honey

Toppings:
1 teaspoon bee pollen
2 teaspoons hemp seeds
1 teaspoon flax meal or seeds
1 tablespoon roasted chopped almonds
1/2 tablespoon roasted chopped hazelnuts
1 tablespoon fresh blueberries
4 strawberries, sliced
Sprinkle of blue-green algae

Actions:
1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
2. Add the toppings and enjoy.
